Long-time friends and founders, Frank & Betsy, wanted to create a business that would bring people together in community and friendship. Frank, being a passionate certified mechanic, had always wanted his own business. And, Betsy, a business and financial expert, had always helped others with theirs.

The two, joined together and created Valenz Auto Care, Inc. Since 2011, it has been their mission to provide honest and reliable vehicle repairs. The shop began with only three customers and has grown into a family of hundreds.

Most days, the shop is busy with repairs, estimates, ringing phones and customers. Some days, customers will walk in just say hello and have some coffee - nothing wrong with their car, just stopping by to talk. When a father is ready to hand down his car to his teenage son, Frank will sit him down and explain his new responsibilities. When a new female customer comes in for repairs, Betsy explains what’s going on so that she feels empowered with the new knowledge. This is the atmosphere that Frank & Betsy always dreamed of.
